How long do custom needlepoint pillows take?

Production takes 3-4 weeks, followed by shipping (3 days for fast shipping, 7-10 days for standard shipping with signature required). Dispatched from Switzerland. Options for shipping are listed when processing your shopping cart. During busy periods, production and shipping times may vary slightly.

We proudly ship our handmade needlepoint pillows worldwide. We have shipped as far as Japan and the UAE. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. We ship with DHL, Fedex and UPS to ensure safe delivery of your handcrafted piece, you may be required to sign upon receipt., if this is what you have agreed with the shipment carrier in the settings of your account.

Can I return a custom pillow?

Because personalized items are created specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot generally be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Standard, non-customized designs may be eligible for exchange or return according to our return policy.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
